We have written about talent retention and engagement before, but since it is such a massive part of any business, we always want to highlight it. Finally, the action that stood out the most while reading this article is that companies should align the company vision and leadership’s actions. This is important within any business because there is no point in having a vision if leadership lacks the ability to drive the organization towards that vision.
When employees know what they are working towards and the leadership team empowers the employees in a sense that everyone is working towards the same vision and common goal, workforce engagement increases.
