Alicia is an experienced business administrator with a background in Human Resources and small business consulting. She recognizes the needs of small businesses are diverse, unique and require effective support. Alicia is detail-oriented and, working as HR Coordinator with SynergyHR, she takes pride in supporting clients, ensuring critical details are addressed, leading to big picture success.


Alicia grew up in Regina, SK and now calls Calgary, AB home. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship along with a Business Administration certificate in Human Resources.


Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and their dog. She enjoys yoga, swimming and cross-country skiing, and she recently learned to SUP. In the summer, her happy place is camping & hiking with her family in Kananaskis or floating on Shuswap Lake in BC.
