Chad Verity is a seasoned leader in non-profit management and organizational health. With a theology degree from Vanguard College (2009), Chad began his career as Communications Coordinator for CrossRoads Church in Red Deer, Alberta. He later served as Area Director for Youth Unlimited, pioneering new student programs and extracurricular initiatives in local high schools.

Chad co-founded Holmetrics in 2016 to address burnout and overall health trends. Holmetrics launched at the Canadian Youth Workers Conference and quickly gained early traction. He also co-founded BackHaul.com, a shipping logistics platform, and was a founding partner at Symbra, supporting early-stage startups.

In 2019, Holmetrics received federal funding, allowing Chad to expand his team and collaborate with the Canadian Mental Health Association’s workplace program. Now, as Director of Technology and Innovation at Synergy HR, Chad continues to develop innovative workplace safety tools.
