He has led HR teams as a Vice President or a Director in a variety of industries including Energy (Utilities, Oilfield Services, Oil Sands and Contract Drilling), Construction, Telecom, Engineering, Defense Systems, Information Technology and the Automotive sectors.

Frank is recognized as being a hands-on operational HR expert. He brings pragmatic solutions to business leaders and is skilled at building competent Management and HR teams in startups or corporate restructures and forging corporate culture after acquisitions or mergers.

His knowledge spans Operational HR Services, Change Management, Labour and Employee Relations, Corporate Services and Mergers and Acquisitions. Frank is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Professional (CHRP). In his free time Frank enjoys golfing and building scale models of armoured fighting vehicles.
