Her career journey has been multifaceted, encompassing both in-house positions within medium to large organizations and pivotal roles as an HR consultant.

Julie has extensive experience in the areas of Talent Management, Compensation, Strategic Planning, Coaching and Team Building, Payroll and Systems, and Employee Relations.

Passionate about the employee experience, Julie strives to create environments where individuals thrive professionally and personally. Julie is committed to being a strategic partner who not only supports but deeply understands the core objectives and challenges of the businesses she partners with. Her previous consultancy experience has further enriched her perspective, allowing her to collaborate with diverse clients, from startups to established corporations, in optimizing their HR strategies.

On a personal note, Julie is the proud parent to three children who are actively involved in ice sports, which keeps us in an arena most of the fall and winter months! Alongside them, she share’s her home with two beloved golden retrievers.
