Kathy is an experienced Human Resources leader who has contributed to organizations at the senior level and successfully led HR teams in energy, agriculture, manufacturing, food processing, R&D, mining and facility management. Her focus is to build culture by linking corporate strategy, business outcomes, HR programming and leadership proficiency.

Kathy has expertise in start-ups and high growth businesses as well as merger, acquisition and restructuring initiatives. Her strengths are strategic organizational design and development, employee and labour relations and leadership coaching. She is also skilled in change management, compensation, operational HR services, Board governance and the latest trends in ESG and Sustainability reporting.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources, Kathy is currently completing the Certified Human Resources Professional designation. She has a passion for sports having been an athlete, official and administrator in figure skating and can now be found on the golf course or cheering on the Blue Jays in her spare time.
