Kelly is a senior Human Resources professional with extensive experience developed over her years of working in the energy, environmental, health, and retail industries.

Kelly enjoys the challenge and diversity of the Human Resources profession, and believes HR is a strategic partner integral to the success of a business. Her goal is to bring her expertise and experience as a leader, effective communicator, and influencer to help build thriving cultures where people are engaged in doing their best work. She has experience in employee relations, strategic planning, culture and engagement, coaching and team building, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, acquisitions and integration, leadership development, talent management, policy development, and compensation.

When not at a hockey rink or baseball diamond being #1 fan to her kids, Kelly can be found outdoors (likely with her faithful rescue pup nearby). The mountains of southern Alberta are her second home, where she enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing.
